Time to indulge in it.RED VELVET CHEESE CAKE BROWNIE - (Serves - 2)IngredientsFew drops cochineal colour 1 cup cream cheese½ cup butter + for greasing1 cup refined flour + for dusting1 cup + 3 tablespoons castor sugar¼ cup cocoa powder2 teaspoons vanilla essenceA pinch salt1 teaspoon vinegar2 eggs1 egg yolkMethod1. Preheat oven to 180º C. Grease inch baking tin with some butter and dust with some flour.2. Cream together butter and 1 cup castor sugar in a bowl using an electric beater. Add cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, cochineal and salt and whisk. Add vinegar and whisk well.3. Break in eggs and whisk. Add flour and whisk well. Transfer ¾ of batter into the greased baking tin reserving the remaining and level it out. 4. Take cream cheese in another bowl. Add 3 tablespoons castor sugar, remaining vanilla essence and egg yolk and whisk using an electric beater. 5. Layer the cream cheese mixture on top of lined tin and level it out. Spread remaining batter on top. 6. Place the tin on the baking tray. Put the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven, cool and demould.7.
