CHICKEN KOFTA BIRYANIFirst take 250 g of chicken Add ½ cup of rice grind to fine pasteAnd add 1tb spn of fresh cream and mix it.In the chicken paste add some salt (required)Add ½ tsp of cumin powder Add ½ tsp of garam masalaAdd ½ tsp of red chilli powderAdd 1/2 tsp of chopped dill leavesAnd mix it nicely.Then make the koftas and keep a side.Heat a pan add 1 tb spn of butterPut the koftas and add some waterAnd cook in a slow flame for 5 minutes.Now add ½ tsp of cumin powderAdd ½ tsp of coriander powderAdd ½ tsp of garam masala and mix it.Take the 2 ½ cup of rice in a bowlAdd ½ tsp of crushed pepperAdd whole garam masalaAdd salt in water and pour in to the riceThen pour this rice into the rice cookerPut on lid and cook it.Then transfer the koftas in a plateIn the same pan add 1 cup of curdAdd 1tsp of biryani masalaAdd 4 green chilliesAdd ½ cup of mint Add ½ cup of coriander leavesAdd pinch of red chilli powderAdd crushed 1 tsp of ginger & garlicAdd pinch of salt and cook it, keep a side.In a rice cooker add 1 tsp of saffron waterAdd kofta balls and add some gravyIn the last add brown onions #chickenKoftaBiryani #koftapulao #chickenPulao #vahchef
