Ingredients (servings: 2)
5 pcs potatoes, butter 1 tbsp, sugar 1 tbsp, parsley powder

Directions
Peel potatoes, cut them in half and cut into quarters
Steam potatoes and cool them down
Melt butter in a preheated pan, add potatoes and roast them
Sprinkle sugar, roast over a medium heat
Sprinkle parsley powder and mix it with the potatoes

It's similar to potato wedges. Crisp outside, soft inside! Mouth-watering!
