Crispy samosas dunked in a flavourful yoghurt kadi makes for an interesting recipe for lunch or dinner. SAMOSA KADHI CHAATIngredient3 samosa 3 tablespoon gram flour1cup yogurt1tablespoon ginger garlic green chilli pasteSalt to taste ½ teaspoon fenugreek seeds½ teaspoon mustard seed8-10 curry leaves1 teaspoon red chilli powder¼ teaspoon turmeric powderSalt to taste2 dried red chilli ½ tsp asafetida1 small onion, slice 1 tablespoon coriander, choppedGreen chutney as required Tamarind chutney, as requiredPomegranate as requiredSev as requiredMethod1. Take yogurt in a bowl. Add gram flour ,red chilli powder, turmeric ,ginger garlic green chilli paste and salt add 1 cup water and whisk well 2. Heat oil in non-stick deep pan add mustard seeds and let it splutter add fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, dried red chilli, asafetida, onion sauté till onion turn golden brown for 2-3 minutes 3. Pour the yogurt mixture to the pan mix well and cook for 20 – 25 minutes on low heat.4. Place samosa in a plate break it into small piece pour some kadhi on top drizzle tamarind chutney, green chutney, 5.
