Fish pieces marinated in sesame oil with sesame seeds and few other ingredients cooked in a foil and served.SESAME FISHIngredients2 basa fish fillets 1 cup roughly chopped leeks 1 green capsicum, cut into thin strips 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce 2-3 bird eye chillies 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 tablespoon toasted white sesame seeds Salt to taste 1 tablespoon vinegar1 tablespoon sugar 2 tablespoons sesame oil Method 1. Preheat oven to 200° C. 2. Cut fish into thick strips. 3. Put leek in a bowl, add capsicum and soy sauce. Mix well. 4. Roughly chop chillies and add to the bowl alongwith garlic, sesame seeds, salt, vinegar, sugar and sesame oil. Mix well. 5. Add fish and mix well. Set aside for 25 minutes in refrigerator. 6. Wrap the individual marinated fish in a foil paper. Put them on a tray 7. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. 8. Unwrap and serve hot.
