Smash or Pass??

Heres a new recipe for you to try for your next Taco Tuesday craving!

I LOVE tacos and using sweet potatoes as the base is an awesome way to get good carbs on those heavy lifting weeks and you can also play with your protein count on these easily too!

Heres what youll need:
4 Sweet Potatoes
1-2 lbs Ground Beef
Pico
Shredded cheese
Guacamole
Taco seasoning
