In a bowl add warm milk, sugar, active dry yeast and mix well. let it rest for 5 minutes.2. Now in a bowl add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and knead a smooth dough. Cover and rest until doubles in size.3. Take the dough and roll it down with the help of rolling pin into flat circular sheet. 4. With the help of round cutter, cut small circles from the sheet, brush oil on it and fold them in half. Rest for 10-15 mins before steaming.5. place the butter paper in steamer, grease it with oil, put the prepared bao buns on it and steam for 10 minutes. Your Bao Buns are ready.Directions for Masala Preparation:6. In a pan heat oil and butter and add onion, ginger garlic paste cook until translucent..
