Yummy chicken pakodas tossed in a flavourful stir-fry to enjoy it better!CHICKEN PAKODAIngredients250 grams boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips1 cup shredded spinach leaves1 cup gram flour (besan)A large pinch of asafoetida (hing)1 tsp red chilli powder½ tsp turmeric powder½ tsp cumin powder2 tbsps rice flourSalt to taste1 tbsp oil + for deep frying1 tsp mustard seeds1 tbsp crushed garlic3-4 green chillies, slit3-4 red chillies, slit¼ cp curry leavesChaat masala for sprinklingMethod1. Take chicken in a large bowl. Add spinach, gram flour, asafoetida, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, rice flour and mix well. Add water and salt and mix till well combined. 2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Slide in small portion of the chicken mixture into the hot oil and deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add garlic, green chillies, and red chillies and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add curry leaves, chicken pakoda and salt and sauté well.4.
