Sieve the flour into a mixing bowl and add the cubed butter. Rub the flour and butter gently together until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs to make sure the butter does not melt with your fingers. Gently mix it together by adding a little water to it. Now chill the mixture for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.Cut circles out of the dough and place them into the tart moulds. Before baking, poke the tart with the fork and place a beanbag in the centre of the tart to retain their shapes. Bake in the oven for 5 - 7 minutes or until the tart shells are light golden in colour. Remove the tart out of the moulds and let it rest for 2- 3 minutesIn a bowl, liquefy Kissan Strawberry Blast Jam and drop a little jam into the middle of each tart. Garnish with strawberries.
