स्ट्रीट स्टाइल चीज़ मॅगी | Street Style Cheese Maggi | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

It is time to make the best, piping hot, street style maggi in the comfort of your home! Load it up with cheese just like you get it on the street.

STREET STYLE CHEESE MAGGI

Ingredients

50 grams processed cheese block + for garnish
4 packets of maggi
2 medium onions
2 medium tomatoes
1 medium green capsicum
5-6 tbsps butter
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp garam masala powder
3 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves + for sprinkling

Method

1. Thinly slice the onions and tomatoes. Cut the green capsicum in half, discard the seeds and thinly slice the capsicum.
2. Heat 4-5 tbsps butter in a pan. Add onions and salt and mix well. Sauté till golden brown.
3. Add the tomatoes, mix and cook till soft and pulpy. Stir in the capsicum, mix and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and taste maker and sauté well. Add 3 cups water, mix and let it come to a boil.
5. Break the maggi noodles and add into the pan. Mix and cook for 4-5 minutes.
6. Add garam masala powder and coriander leaves and mix well. Cook for 1 minute.
7. Grate the cheese, mix and cook for a minute. Stir in the remaining butter, mix and cook for a few seconds.
8. Take the pan off the heat and transfer the maggi into serving bowls. Grate some cheese on top of each serving bowl and sprinkle coriander leaves. Serve hot.
