Stuffed Tinda Recipe in English

Qeema preparations:
Ingredients:
kg Qeema
5 Ground melon
cup onion
cup Tomato
2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
tsp Red chili powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Red chili flakes
tsp Turmeric
tsp Coriander powder
2 Green chilies
tsp Garam masala
2-3 tbsp Oil
tsp Fennel seeds
tsp Nigella seeds
tsp Roasted crushed coriander
Masala preparation Ingredients:
cup Onion
2 Green chilies
cup Tomato
Ground melon pulp
tsp Turmeric
Salt to taste
tsp Red chili flakes
cup Water
Cooked Qeema
Fried Ground Melon
Directions:
- Peel off the ground melon, cut the top part & scoop out all the pulp. Keep it aside.
- In a pan add mince and hot water and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Add onion & ginger garlic paste, cook for 2-3 minutes. Add fennel seeds, nigella seeds, red chili flakes, red chili powder, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, roasted crushed coriander and mix well.
- Add tomatoes, mix well now add water cup & cook until tomatoes get tender.
- Add green chili, garam masala, oil and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Fill mince filling in ground melon, cover the top and tie it with the thread. Heat oil and fry these ground melons until light brown.
- Heat oil in other pan, add onions and green chili, cook till onion turn golden brown. Add tomatoes, pulp and cook for a minute.
- Then add water and cook for a minute. Now add remaining mince mix well. Then add water mix it well. Now add fried ground melon and cover the lid and let it cook for 6-7 minutes. Turn the ground melon to cook from other side. Let it cook for 6-7 minutes.

Preparation time: 25 minutes
Cooking time: 40=45 minutes
Serving: 4-5
