So today, I prepared simple summer dishes with the least cooking possible. Basil tomato cream cheese sandwich and basil tomato udon made with home-grown basil and Chungmu gimbap.The Chungmu gimbap is a kind of gimbap from the Chungmu region (now Tongyeong). Gimbap isnt so recommended in summer as it can go sour so quick, but Chungmu gimbap is an exception.
