A little bit spicy and a little bit sweet. This Korean chicken dish is one I grew up on. My mother always added potatoes and chiles but you can add in whatever you like. This brings me to the point of how versatile this dish is. Don't like heat? Don't like sweet? You can add in or scale back each ingredient to adjust this to your taste. In the end, it's still succulent, savory and delicious. Added bonus? The entire dish can be prepared in just 15 minutes!Korean Red Pepper Paste: http://amzn.to/2nHXoaOYou may also like: Korean chicken nuggets: http://bit.ly/2oT8bBPKBBQ chicken wings: http://bit.ly/2oSQtyAIngredients1 tb Korean red pepper paste1 ts toasted sesame oil1 ts honey2 cloves minced garlic1 ts grated ginger2 chopped chicken quarters or breastsInstructionsIn a medium sized bowl, combine the pepper paste, sesame oil, honey, garlic and ginger.Massage the chicken into the sauce/marinade.
