Ingredients
1 number carrot
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 cup Dosa batter
4 number green chillies
as needed 0 Oil
as needed to taste Onions
as per taste 0 salt

Directions

● Take dosa batter add onion,cumin seeds,green chillies salt mix well.

● Pour this mixture into the pan add little oil before and adding the mixture cook in a very slow flame.

● cook both the sides, serve with coconut chutney

1 tsp baking powder

1 number egg

as neede honey

1 cup Maida

1 cup Milk

2 tbsp oil

pinch salt

2 tsp sugar

Directions
◦ Take a bowl add maida, salt, baking powder mix well keep it aside.

◦ In another bowl add egg yolk, sugar milk and mix well.add this mixture to maida mixture mix well till you get a pouring consistency if required add more milk and oil.

◦ Now take egg white and beat till it becomes puff add this mixture to egg and maida mixture mix well.

◦Take a tava heat it pour one spoon batter cook both the side.
