Take sufficient water in a large bowl, add senda namak and mix well. Thinly slice sweet potatoes. Set aside for 15-20 minutes.2. Individually place the sweet potato slices on a muslin cloth and dab on top with the same.3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, deep fry the slices till golden brown and crisp.
