Tandoori Box Patties with Potato Fingers

Ingredients for Tandoori Box Patties:
Tandoori Chicken Preparation:
Chicken (boneless) 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Tandoori masala 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1/3 cup
Oil (for cooking) as required
Heated coal (1)

Ingredients for Assembling:
Samosa patti as required
Tandoori chicken as required
Capsicum (julienne) 1 cup
Flour mixture (flour 1 cup + water 1/2 cup) as required
Beaten eggs 3-4
Bread crumbs as required
Oil (for frying) as required

Ingredients for Potato Fingers:
Potato (boiled & mashed) 1 kg
Rice flour 1/2 cup
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves 1 cup
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Green coriander 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste

Directions for Tandoori Samosa Patties Preparation:
1. In a bowl add chicken, red chili powder, salt, coriander powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, yogurt, vinegar and mix well. Marinate the chicken for 15 mins.
2. In a pan heat oil and add marinated chicken. Cook until chicken is fully done and water dries out.
3. Turn off flame and give the chicken coal smoke for 2 minutes.
4. Take samosa patti and brush flour mixture in between. Place another samosa patti on it perpendicularly.
5. Add chicken in the center and bind it using flour mixture in a box patty shape.
6. Coat the prepared samosa patties in eggs and bread crumbs.
7. Fry them until crispy and golden brown in color. Your Tandoori Box Patties are ready.
Directions for Potato Fingers Preparation:
8. In a bowl add potatoes, rice flour, corn flour, coriander leaves, red chili powder, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, salt and mix well.
9. Make finger shapes of the potato mixture.
10. Deep fry them until crispy and golden brown in color.
11. Your Potato Fingers are ready. Serve them with Tandoori Samosa Patties and enjoy.
