Isn't it mouth watering?TANDOORI LOLLIPOP - (Serves - 4)Ingredients12-16 chicken lollipops1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste1 teaspoon red chilli powder1 tablespoon lemon juiceSalt to taste¼ cup hung yogurt1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli paste1 tablespoon mustard oil½ teaspoon garam masala powder½ teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves powder½ teaspoon chaat masala1 tablespoon roasted gram flourOil for shallow-fryingFresh mint sprig for garnishingLemon wedges for serving Onion rings for servingMethod1. Take chicken lollipops in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, lemon juice and salt and mix well. Set aside for 15-20 minutes.2. Combine yogurt, red chilli paste, mustard oil, garam masala powder, dried fenugreek leaves powder, chaat masala, salt and gram flour in another bowl and mix well. 3. Add marinated chicken lollipops and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 2-3 hours4. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Place marinated chicken lollipops and shallow-fry till golden and crisp from all sides. 5.
