TASTY, HEALTHY AND EASY #COCONUT MILK VEGETABLE STEW #नारियल दूध में स्वादिष्ट सब्जी बनाएं | VAPURDA KITCHEN

Hello Friends!!!

We all love simple,healthy,tasty and fast cooking.
so this recipe is the one for you. Just pick the vegetable from your refrigerator and start making this recipe.
No masala,no spice and yet tasty and healthy.

Ingredient :-

* few curry leaves
* 1 tbl spn finely chopped ginger
* 1 tbl spn cumin (jeera)
* 1 green Chile roughly chopped
* 2 cup coconut milk
* 1/4 cup carrot
* 1/4 cup french beans
* 1/4 cup sweet potato
* 1/4 cup pumpkin
* 2 medium size tomato
* 1 tbl spn salt (as per your taste)
* 2 tbl spn chopped green coriander

Method :-

* In a deep sauce pan add oil once oil is hot add curry leaves,ginger,cumin and green Chile, saute for a min .

* now add all the chopped vegetables with salt and give a mix.

* Add coconut milk and mix well.

* cover and let it cook for 15-20 min on slow flame or till the vegetable's are soft.

* after 15-20 min check the vegetable and add green coriander, give a mix and serve hot with rice.

* can be served with bhakri,roti or paratha as well.
