Chocolate Smore Scones
Servings: 8 pieces

INGREDIENTS
200 grams pancake mix
50 milliliters milk
50 grams unsalted butter, melted
50 grams milk chocolate, roughly chopped
8 marshmallows, cut into halves
Chocolate sauce

PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 400F (200C).
2. In a medium bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, and melted butter until fully incorporated.
3. Fold in the chopped chocolate until evenly combined.
4. Shape the dough into a 15-cm circle, then cut into 8 triangles.
5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
6. Put marshmallows on the dough.
7. Bake for 1215 minutes, or until the edges have just started to brown. Let cool completely. Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
