Thai food recipe: Shrimp Omelet.Omelets are very popular in Thailand, both in Thai restaurants, and as a Thai street food, and Thai omelets are delicious and very easy to cook. Heres a simple recipe for a quick and delicious Thai omelette, theyre one of my favourite Thai foods!Heres the recipe: Thai Shrimp (Prawn) Omelette - Kai Jeow Goong Ingredients:- 4 eggs- 20 medium sized shrimps, cleaned and cut in half- 1 tablespoon of ros dee Thai stock powder- 3 tablespoons of cooking oil1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the ros dee and beat together. 2. Add the shrimps and mix well. 3. Put the oil in a hot wok. When the oil is hot reduce the heat and add the egg mix. 4. Cook one side through (about 1.5 minutes). 5. Flip & cook the other side through (about 1.5 minutes). 6. Flip & finish cooking through. 7.
