Lavender Bath Soak
INGREDIENTS
3 cups Epsom salt
20 to 30 drops lavender essential oil
5 drops peppermint essential oil
1 cup medium-coarse pink Himalayan salt
1/2 cup magnesium flakes
1/2 cup baking soda
2 tablespoons dried lavender

INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium glass bowl mix the Epsom salt, lavender oil and peppermint oil. Using gloved hands, mix the oil into the salts by rubbing it between your fingers. Mix in remaining ingredients and place in a large Mason jar.
