In a food processor add mince, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, onion, salt, fresh coriander, cream and oil and chop the mixture until well blended in a form of thin paste.2. Transfer to a bowl and add chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and lemon juice and mix well with the help of spatula until all the ingredients have well combined.3. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 30-40minutes. 4. Then take a square sheet of foil paper and transfer a spoonful of chicken mixture on to the foil paper in the center of it.5. Make a hollow space in the center and add mozzarella cheese, top it with some more mince.6. Wrap the foil paper tightly around the chicken mince forming in a thick cylinder and then twisting the edges forming the shape of a toffee.7. Make the same chicken toffee with the remaining chicken mixture.8. Place these chicken toffees in the preheated pan and cook the each side for a minute.9. Add some oil and toss well in the pan for about 4 minutes on medium flames.10. You can also deep fry the chicken toffee in hot oil for about 6 minutes. 11.
