Top Three Ways to Lose Weight in 2021 #shorts

Here are the top three ways to lose weight that worked for me shown in this #shorts. Based on my own personal experience, they're the best ways to lose weight. They're great healthy lifestyle tips for 2021!

Dont eat less, eat differently
#3: Improve your gut health
Take organic apple cider vinegar. Add more fermented foods and probiotic rich foods like, kimchi sauerkraut, yogurt, kefir, tempeh and miso.

#2: Change your fats (NOT cut out entirely or cut back!)
Eliminate inflammatory oils like vegetable, peanut and canola oil
Replace with healthy fats: olives, avocados, coconut and their oils. Also fats from raw nuts and seeds. Finally, Seek out high quality meats like pasture raised meats or wild fish.

#1 Change your carbs
Drastically Reduce sugar and nutritionally empty carbs like foods made with white flour
Replace with nutrition rich carbs whole grains like oats, legumes, fruits and vegetables
