You can soak saffron in water or milk.• Pour milk into a pan and bring it to a boil and let it simmer.• Add cashew nuts, almonds, pista, cardamom, peppercorns, poppy seeds, fennel seeds, watermelon seeds, cucumber seeds, rose water, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, saffron, and a dash of water in a blender and blend it till it is a fine puree. If required add more water.• Add sugar to taste to the milk and then mix in this puree making sure to whisk the milk while adding it.• Bring to a boil again and simmer for another 5mins.
