Whats Panyam and can you make it at home? We tried our best cooking this chewy treat at the studio, and we did alright for our first attempt! It only takes a few minutes to mix, with the rest of the prep time allotted for the mixture to rest. The artisans on our Basilan videos made this process look easy with their unique handmade tools (made from coconuts!) that are especially made for cooking these Yakan specialties. This definitely takes a while to master, but its not impossible to recreate this dish at home. Best served with a cup of coffee or some tsokolate. Have you tried this before?
