Sugar Syrup:

4 cups sugar
1,5 cups water
1 tsp lemon juice

Lokum:

1 cup corn starch
3 cups water
2 tsp cream of tartar
1,5 tbsp rose water
0,5 cup pistachio
1 tsp food coloring (red)

Decoration:

A few drops of vegetable oil
Half a cup icing sugar
1 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp coconut flakes
