Ingredients :
For Manchurian Balls -

Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
Chopped Purple & White Cabbage,Chopped Red & Yellow Capsicum,Chopped Carrot - 3 cups
Salt to taste
Chopped Garlic - 1 tbsp
Ginger - 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
Cornflour - 3-4 tbsp
Refined Flour - 3-4tbsp
Oil for deep fry
Green Chili

For Gravy -
Yellow Bell Pepper, Red Bell Pepper - ½ cup
Chopped Carrot - 3-4 tbsp
Cornflour - 2 tbsp
Dark Soya Sauce - 3 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
Chopped Onion - 1 medium size
Coriander - 2-3 tbsp
Chopped Garlic - ¼ cup
Chopped Ginger - 2 tbsp
Chopped Green Chili 2-3 tbsp
Green Chili Sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
Schezwan sauce 1-2 tbsp
Water - 3-4 Cups (As per requirement)
Salt to taste
Oil - 2-3 tbsp
Red Chili Sauce - 1 tbsp
Spring Onion (Optional)
