Learn how to make restaurant style Veg Manchurian a popular & easy Indo Chinese main course recipe from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani.Share on Facebook: https://goo.gl/I6xvm5Tweet about this: https://goo.gl/MvE230Ingredients:For Manchurian Balls4 Spring Onions, chopped1 Carrot, chopped1 Capsicum, chopped1 Cup Cabbage, chopped1 tbsp Soya Sauce2 Green Chillies, chopped1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste1/2 tsp Black Pepper powderSalt to taste1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce4 tbsp All Purpose Flour4 tbsp Corn FlourOil for fryingFor Manchurian Gravy2 Cups Water1 tbsp Soya Sauce2 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder2 tbsp Corn FlourSalt to taste1 tsp Oil1/2 inch Ginger, chopped2 Green chillies, choppedMethod:To Make Manchurian Balls:- In a large bowl add chopped spring onions, carrot, capsicum, cabbage, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, black pepper & salt. Mix everything well.- Add all purpose flour & corn flour. Mix well.- Make small portions of the mixture and deep fry them in hot oil.- Manchurian balls are ready.To Make Manchurian Gravy:- In a large bowl add water, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, corn flour & salt. Mix everything well.- In a pan heat some oil. Add ginger & green chillies. Saute for a minute.- Add the water mixture. Keep stirring till the gravy becomes thick.- Add Manchurian balls.
