Learn how to make Veg Paneer Pulav, an absolute delight for all the paneer and rice lovers.Paneer is probably the favorite ingredient of every vegetarian in this world. The variations in paneer dishes are innumerable. Here comes Chef Ruchi Bharani with another easy to cook and extremely delectable dish called, paneer pulav. Ingredients:1 tbsp ghee1 capsicum squares2 green chillies, finely chopped2 tomatoes1 tsp coriander cumin seed powder1 cup green peas2 onions cut lengthwise1 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic pastecoriander leaves1 tsp garam masala1 tsp red chilli powder1/2 tsp sugar200 grams paneer cubes, fried2 cups boiled ricesalt to tasteMethod:- Heat ghee in a pan.
