1 Pound beyond beef1/2 Bunch Cilantro chopped1/2 Bunch Parsley chopped1 medium Shallot chopped1/2 Chili Sauce mixed with 1/2 cup boiled water1/2 tsp dry ginger1/2 tsp Chili seasoning blend Trader Joes 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp Umami seasoning blend Trader Joes 1/2 tsp Zahtar spice4 garlic cloves 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil1 Bag Frozen PeasMix vegan meat with all the spices ,herbs and shallots in a bowl.In a deep pan, warm up sesame oil then add crushed garlic and saut it. Once ready form them into ball shape and add into pan and saut them for a few minutes as well.
