Ingredients for tortillas:
2 cups maseca (corn flour) + salt+ 1 1/2 cups pink liquid. A small amount of peeled beet would turn the water pink.

Seasonings for veggie filling:
Garam masala, garlic, salt, oregano, black pepper, cayenne pepper, cumin, coriander, and paprika.

Salsa verde:
Nopales (cactus), avocado, green onions, garlic salt, cumin, black pepper, jalapenos, tomatillos, parsley, and water.
