Vegetable Ramen Tanmen Chicken flavor from Package | Japanese Cooking Lovers by Yuri

How to cook Vegetable Chicken Flavor Package Ramen from Store. I bought Shio (Salt flavor) Chicken Tanmen from an Asian grocery store and showed you how to cook this tanmen. I think you may not need my instruction, but I talk to my friend who has never cooked this type of food, and I thought you may want to know how to, also.

Tanmen is clear broth ramen with many vegetables, and usually, thin-sliced pork are the ingredients, but I did not use pork in this video. There are Miso, Shoyu, Tonkotsu, Tonkotsu-miso.. other variety of flavors available. It could be a similar way to cook, but this way is for a Tanmen. If you want me to cook different flavors on youtube, please let me know, I will make those videos, too.

I did not add the amount of veggies here, but you see how much I used by watching this video. I recommend if you use cabbage or Chinese cabbage is one of the ingredients. But other than that, you can put any of your favorites veggies. This kind of stir-fried veggies for Chinese food has Kikurage, often. I used it because I had it and I like the texture, but you do not need to put it.
