Also this can be made with a gelatin, however in case vegetarian only Agar agar to be used. Variety of colors can be used and shaped molds to make the frozen cake super reflective surface .Mirror glaze is made from sweetened condensed milk, a little chocolate, water and Agar agar/ gelatin and sometimes flavorings and colors. Mirror glaze sets because of the Agar aagr but it is not so hard, It is beautiful sticky stuff. Mirror glaze has a very nice taste. It’s mildly sweet and the flavors meld well with the cake and fillings.
