Watch the video and learn how to make Vermicelli Upma!Ingredients1 tbsp urad dal1 tbsp oil1 tsp mustard seeds1/2 tsp asafoetidacurry leaves1 tbsp chopped garlic1 green chilli, finely chopped2 tbsp peanuts1 cup vermicelli1 onion, cut lengthwise1/4 tsp turmeric powdersalt to taste1/2 cup grated coconut1 tomato, finely chopped1/4 tsp black saltcoriander leaves to garnishMethod:- Dry roast the vermicelli.
