Weekend Backyard Barbecue | BBQ Vlogging | Kashmiri Seekh Tujji | Seekh Kebabs | Kashmiri Tadka Twist

This was our first Weekend Backyard Barbecue this season. When you miss the restaurant food in the quarantine situation you try to make the best of it by doing something at home instead. The weather was good so we took out our grill and fired it up to make the weekend special for kids. On top of that we then attempted doing a vlog on it :-). And went a step ahead and tried our hands on making Kashmiri Seekh Tujji (Barbecued meat), a popular street food in Kashmir. Apart from Tujji, Tandoori Chicken and Seekh Kebabs were on the menu as well. Will try to post separate recipe for the tujji in up coming videos. Till then enjoy this video.
