This morning's Green Smoothie:
3 handfuls of fresh moringa or https://amzn.to/2J7WQpC
1-2 brown spotty frozen bananas
1/4-1/2 cup dark cherries {or wild bluebs/pineapple/mango/etc}
1-2 tablespoons of soaked chia, hemp and/or flax
Liquid for desired consistency: I used a combo of turmeric tea and fresh coco water
