2 cups all-purpose flour (260 grams)
1/2 cup light brown sugar (105 grams)
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup yogurt (80 grams)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to180C. Grease a 9 x 5 x 3 inch (23 x 13 x 8 cm) loaf pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir in chopped walnuts and chopped caramels.
