White Chocolate filled with Caramel Sauce
Ingredients for the Caramel Sauce:
Sugar - 1 cup
Water - few drops
Cream - ½ cup
Butter - 1 tbsp
Vanilla essence - few drops
Method for making Caramel Sauce:
In a thick pan, add the sugar
Keep flame in medium-low
Add few drops of water to sugar
Keep cooking, stirring occasionally
When a light golden colour is reached, add the cream and vanilla essence
Keep cooking continuously till a smooth and thick sauce is ready
Add the butter and allow to blend well into the Caramel Sauce
Allow the Caramel Sauce to come to room temperature
Ingredients:
Milk powder - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Water - ½ cup
Butter - ¼ tsp
Method:
In a heavy pan, add sugar
Add the water and start cooking
Keep cooking till big bubbles are formed in the sugar syrup and a 2 string consistency is reached
Simmer the flame and add the butter to the sugar syrup
When the butter melts add the milk powder and keep stirring together till the White Chocolate is non-sticky
Immediately transfer to a greased thali

Take a small portion of the White chocolate and pat it
Into it fill with some Caramel Sauce
