I worked out every day for 90 days! 90 days ago I challenged myself to work out every day for 3 months. It was an amazing challenge and I learned so much along the way, especially that food and fitness go hand in hand when it comes to overall health. I feel like I was just beginning to understand what works best with my body in regards to fitness and food towards the end of this challenge, so I decided to extend it for a full year! I'll be continuing to document this challenge and my progress over the coming months and will hopefully be able to have a video showcasing my experience from working out every day for an entire year.
