Would you take this salad to the beach?

Heading to the beach this week and wanted to make a hearty, high protein, pasta salad that I could have on hand. This salad will hold up great in an ice chest or in the fridge.
Heres what youll need for this tasty salad meal prep:

Ingredients
1 lb shredded chicken
1 box spiral pasta
1/2 red onion
2 avocados chopped
1 cup basil
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp pepper
Dressing of your choice (optional)

Mix together all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir. Distribute it into
your meal prep containers and eat as is, or add your favorite dressing.

Ways to customize:
Choose your favorite pasta whether its gluten free or chickpea based
Add in a different type of dressing each day to mix it up! For example, on Monday use a greek dressing, on Tuesday use a balsamic, etc.
Or you dont even have to add a dressing and can use a little bit of olive oil and salt
Exchange the chicken for ground beef or turkey
