• Mutton – 1 kg
• Ghee – 3 tbs
• Oil – 2 tbs
• Jeera – 1 tsp
• Bay leaves – 3
• Green Cardamom – 5
• Black cardamom – 3
• Cloves – 5 to 6
• Peppercorn – 5 to 6
• Onions (chopped) – 4
• Ginger (chopped) – 2 tsp
• Garlic (chopped) – 2 tsp
• Kashmiri red chilli – 1 tsp
• Coriander powder – 2 tsp
• Turmeric – ¾ tsp
• Yogurt – 1 ¼ cup
• Tomato puree – ¾ cup or chopped tomatoes – 2 to 3
• Malai or heavy cream – 2 tbs
• Salt – as per taste
• Jeera powder – ½ tsp
• Water (warm) – 2.5 cups
• Kasoori methi – ½ tsp
• Cardamom powder – 1/3 tsp
• Coriander (chopped) – handful
