Discover the Secret of Verjus: The Hidden Gem of Flavor

VERJUS (KORUK) SYRUP is a refreshing summer beverage that gives you a subtle grape flavour and full-bodied natural texture. You will be amazed how wonderfully easy is to make VERJUS (KORUK) extract and syrup using unripe grapes.
A grape vine must be pruned for a better harvest and every leaf and unripe fruit can be deliciously recycled thanks to traditional practices!
Leaves are pickled and stuffed with rice or ground meat to make delicious rolls while fruits are transformed into a salutary syrup and vinegar.
Follow tradition and celebrate the treasures of nature!
Cheers!
