Prep & Simmer! Easy Japanese Ozoni in 10 Minutes! Japanese New Year Mochi Soup

One of the things I always look for on New Year's Day is Ozouni

I love it, and I eat it for the first three days, but who wants to be in the kitchen and take the time to cook from scratch on the first day of the new year?

So I always prepare it a day before.

If you have it in your fridge, you can cook it for 10 minutes

Per 1 serving
1 1/2 cup Dashi
1 tbs light Soy sauce
or 1 tbs Regular Soy Sauce +a pinch of salt
3~4 pieces bite-sized chicken
100g vegetables (Daikon, Carrot, Gobo,)
Mochi
Mitsuba
Ikura
Yuzu
