Shohei Otani's Favorite Japanese Convenience Store Chocolate Crepe | From Japanese Conbini to Your Kitchen!

Shohei Otani, a renowned Japanese baseball player, has expressed his love for Japanese conbini crepes selling at the Japanese Lawson, particularly the chocolate flavor. Japanese conbini crepes are typically thin pancakes filled with whipped cream with chocolate chips and chocolate ganache.

If you have ever come to Japan, you know how good Japanese Conbini Food is. The sweets in Lawson are especially popular among sweets enthusiasts including me!

4 crepes

crepe batter
50g(1.75oz) rice flour
1 large egg
a pinch of salt
1 tbs sugar
1/2 cup (120ml) whole milk
1/2 tbs Vegetable oil

Nama Choco (Ganache)
30g (1 oz) semi-sweet Chocolate
1 tbs heavy cream
Whipping Cream
4/5 cup (200ml) heavy cream
1 tbs sugar
2 tbs chopped semi-sweet chocolate
