This dish is typically served as a main course or as a side dish to complement other dishes.Ingredients:Rice - from 1 cupFinely Chopped carrots, green peas, bell peppers - 3/4 cupsCrushed ginger, garlic, green chili - 2 tbsSoya sauce - 2 tbsVinegar - 2 tspSalt - As per the tasteBlack pepper powder - 1/4 tspGreen onions - 1/2 cupCilantro - For garnishingGreen chili sauce - 1 tbs(optional)Directions:Heat up 2 tbs oil.Add 2 tbs crushed ginger, garlic, green chili. Saute it on high flame.Now add 3/4 cups each, Chopped carrots, green peas, bell peppers.Add salt to it and let it cook for 5 minutes with covered pan.Now add cooked rice from 1 cup following 2 tbs - soya sauce, 2 tbs - vinegar. Dont forget to add 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder at this point which I forgot to shoot. Add 2 tbs - green chili sauce here if you want to make it spicy.Mix all together and let it cook with covered pan for final 2 minutes.Garnish it with green onion and cilantro and serve it hot.
