Vegetable Fried Rice

Vegetable Fried Rice is a dish made by stir-frying cooked rice with a mixture of diced vegetables, seasoned with soy sauce, and spices. It is a quick, easy, and healthy meal that can be customized to suit individual tastes. This dish is typically served as a main course or as a side dish to complement other dishes.

Ingredients:
Rice - from 1 cup
Finely Chopped carrots, green peas, bell peppers - 3/4 cups
Crushed ginger, garlic, green chili - 2 tbs
Soya sauce - 2 tbs
Vinegar - 2 tsp
Salt - As per the taste
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Green onions - 1/2 cup
Cilantro - For garnishing
Green chili sauce - 1 tbs(optional)

Directions:
Heat up 2 tbs oil.
Add 2 tbs crushed ginger, garlic, green chili. Saute it on high flame.
Now add 3/4 cups each, Chopped carrots, green peas, bell peppers.
Add salt to it and let it cook for 5 minutes with covered pan.
Now add cooked rice from 1 cup following 2 tbs - soya sauce, 2 tbs - vinegar.
Dont forget to add 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder at this point which I forgot to shoot.
Add 2 tbs - green chili sauce here if you want to make it spicy.
Mix all together and let it cook with covered pan for final 2 minutes.
Garnish it with green onion and cilantro and serve it hot.
