1. Seal cutlets in pan, with oil. Remove and set aside. 2. In same pan add top 8 ingredients and fry until aromatic. 3. Add onion and cook until slightly caramelised. 4. Add ginger, garlic and tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes. 5. Add water and bring to the boil. 6. Add coriander and cutlets, cover and simmer for 10 minutes a side. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
