1. Place a heavy pan over high heat, then add the onion with the oil. 2. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes, then add the garlic. 3. Add the chicken, then cook for a few minutes, turning each piece until they all have a little colour. 4. Add the chopped apples and dried apricots, stir well, pour in the wine, then bring to a boil. 5. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes, until the chicken is tender. 6.
