1. Brown ground meat and onion in a large pot. 2. Add 1/4 cup of soy sauce. 3. Thinly slice the entire bunch of celery, including the leaves. 4. Add beef broth and celery. 5. Bring to a boil. 6. Reduce heat and simmer until celery is tender. 7. Add more soy sauce if needed, to taste. 8.
