1. Preheat oven to 350 - don't nuke it! 2. Use large rectangular 11x14 glass baking dish/Pyrex. 3. Spread cream cheese on bottom of pan. 4. Spread chili no beans on top of that. 5. Spread green chilis on top of that. 6. Spread green onions/scallions on top of that (to taste). 7. You can add olives here if you wish. 8. Spread cheese on top of that. 9. You get the picture it's a layered dip. It's simple. 10. Bake at 350 until bubbly around edges. 11. Don't burn your mouth trying to eat it too soon. It's hot!
