1. Drain the mozzarella and gently squeeze to get rid of excess liquid. 2. Carefully slice the Mozzarella into 0.5cm-1cm thick slices. 3. Slice the Tomatoes into the same thickness. 4. Arrange/layer in a 1:1 Ratio e.g. Tom,Mozz,Tom,Mozz. 5. Dab 1-2 teaspoons of Pesto on salad, or plate. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
